About the Contest:
Each year, the District posts (9) billboards to help raise awareness of Earth Day and caring for our environment. The designs of the billboards are the artwork of our local 5th Grade students residing in, or attending school in Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca County- including all of Bellevue and Fostoria.
The Design:
The winning billboard designs selected are to help the people of our three-county district increase their environmental awareness. Designs are to encourage residents to reduce, reuse, recycle or not litter.
Voting:
• District staff will vote on the contest winners based on the entries received.
