Release of Liability for Use of the Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District
For and in consideration of the privilege and service of dropping off materials with the Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District, I hereby release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District, the Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca County Government, and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, vendors and agents from any and all liability, whatsoever, that may arise from injury, damage, or loss which I, or my executors, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns may incur related to use of the Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District.
Household Hazardous Waste Certification
I certify that any household hazardous waste I have brought to the Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District collection is from a household (single or multifamily) and was used for residential purposes. The hazardous waste was not used for a commercial or industrial purpose and is not from a government facility, medical office or facility, church, non-profit organization, school, church or farm.
Personally Identifiable Information Certification and Release
I hereby release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District, the Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca County Government, and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, vendors and agents from any and all liability that may arise from the inadvertent disclosure of any and all personally identifiable information (PII) that has not been removed or redacted from the materials being dropped off at the Ottawa Sandusky Seneca Solid Waste District collection or from documents scanned during the process of dropping off materials.
